Milissa Alexander graduated from the University of Colorado in 1991 with a B.S. in International Business and a minor in accounting. Milissa has been a Broker and Owner of her own real estate company since 1992--specializing in matching investors and investment properties. Her 19 years of experience in buying, managing, building and selling investment properties give her a complete understanding of the needs of each individual investor. Milissa is an industry leader in TIC properties. She is a licensed real estate broker. She is a member of the NASD, as well as her local, state, and national association of realtors and a CCIM candidate. Milissa is very involved in her community and son’s school in Denver.

Katie Zulanas is the Director of Operations at Castle United.com. Originally from Connecticut, Katie graduated from Fairfield University with a Liberal Arts degree, from UCONN with a degree in Software and Electrical Engineering, and from Rensselaer with a Masters in Engineering Operations. After 5 years in Chicago with her husband, their family moved to Denver in 1998. Katie has worked for several large corporations and is thoroughly enjoying working with Castle United’s growing organization. Katie and her husband, Tom, have two boys who keep them busy with all the great Colorado outdoor activities.

Denise Warfield is our Staff Manager at Castle United.com. Denise grew up in Long Island, New York. After graduating from Miller Place High School, she headed south to college where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Jacksonville University, Jacksonville, Florida. Upon graduation, she received a commission in the United States Navy and served eight years as a Naval Officer. Following her military career, she worked eight years as a Consumer Credit/Financial Counselor and is now a member of our team at Castle United.com. In her spare time, you can usually find her at a football game, lacrosse match or equestrian event with her husband and two teenage children.
